I love that you have the courage to question what is an incredibly important part of our lives, keeping our leaders accountable to the people they are leading.
It is courageous thinking like this that will cause a greater number of people to understand that the responcibility actually remains with us.
We as individuals need to fully understand leadership, when we elect leaders with a greater awareness of what leadership is and means, our world will change.
We will be far more willing to follow and support a Leader whom represents not only who we are now, but is also willing to challenge us to grow as people in society.
(I think Coaches make great leaders ;-))
Thank you Christian.

I cannot agree with this statement enough. I have studied Bob Proctor and continue to revise his methods. It's easy to forget these lessons and continue to make the same mistakes.

Repetition is the key law of learning. I have failed many times, but take each failure as an opportunity to revise and re-group; it's touch, but positivity is vital to success.

So very true, if you dont know bad, how will you know whats good? There is also another aspect to failure. When you fail you seem to loose everything, but in the process you also loose your fear, what is there to fear when you have nothing else to loose? This lack of fear empowers you to do things daringly and take chances, bringing you the success that fear of failure may have restricted.

Christian,
Right you are my friend. I have been "Failing" much of late and growing. I love this: "the purpose of failure is to help you grow in order to become the person worthy of the success you intend for your life. Besides even the word SUCCESS holds this secret, the first four letters are SUCC or "SUCK" as it were.

“To aim at the best and to remain essentially ourselves is one and the same thing.”
                       Janet Erskine Stuart

That’s a wonderful article, thank you, Christian, you are a great inspiration and a teacher to me.
My last year’s resolution was simply to laugh more. I just wanted to add more joy and allowance rather than control to my life. I was single last Christmas and New Year. In April I met a very special man who added laughter, joy and happiness my imagination could not even embrace at a time. As I was born and grew up in Russia, Siberia (if you think that it is cold now in the UK think temperatures below 40 right now where my family happily function with no excuses) I was just recently introduced to inspector Clouseau, Monty Python, Benny Hill, Mr Ben and great British comedies. He is having fun while running his own successful business, meeting friends, travelling, etc.

It is amazing how many of my dreams come true.
My intention for 2010 is to follow my bliss, my passion to help others to find their true selves, helping people to unleash their potential so they could become better people, but not better than others, rather, better than they were before. So they could bring more love, health, happiness and prosperity to the world and make our planet – starting from Russia - a better place.

Thank you, Christian, for touching my soul again and again.

"I've come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint--and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing."
              Oprah Winfrey, Talk Show Host
All the love, wonders and blessings of the season, and a healthy, peaceful new year filled with laughter and joy to you, your beautiful family and loyal customers.

Comment on Reinterpreting Redundancy by John E Regan

Think of redundancy as a wake up call to get off your butt and move forward with your life. We should never settle for less.As Les Brown says 'It's possible' believe in yourself and your opportunities. Take action on your goals and persist. Redundancy is for those who wait. Dont wait! do it. If you're not living on the edge you are taking up too much room.
