A veteran of two decades of success in senior sales and leadership roles in large, blue chip organisations such as Pitney Bowes, Yellow Pages and Energis Communications, Christian has drawn his unique approach to developing leadership after becoming a serious student of human potential and the operations of the mind during the 1990’s, when his mother suffered from a debilitating mental illness which ended her successful career in modelling and promotional work.
He became insatiably curious about self-development and began to implement his own interpretations into his work to great effect. He became an accredited professional coach in 2001, and is now an internationally recognised master tutor in the field, helping thousands of people become powerful change agents as leaders and professional coaches.
Christian’s immersion in the study of success and leadership dramatically changed his life, his physical appearance and his business success.
By using the strategies he now shares with his audience, Christian took his business performance from £4 million to £64 million in one year. In 2003, he was clinically obese, weighing 18st 2lbs. A year later, using the same techniques, he was 12st 6lbs and completed his marathon in New York City. eliminating his dependency on alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine in the process.
His reputation as one of the most naturally dynamic and powerful professional communicators has seen him share the stage and work alongside with some of the leading names in the field of personal development and leadership, including John C Maxwell, Bob Proctor and Les Brown. In 2009, Christian starred in ‘Beyond the Secret’, the sequel to the movie ‘The Secret’.
