Born in Birmingham, England, Christian’s journey into the field of human potential and the operations of the mind began in the 1980’s when his mother suffered an acute menopause that led to a debilitating mental illness, ending her successful career as a model. As his own career developed through two decades of senior sales and leadership roles in large, blue- chip corporations, Christian became a serious student of the skills and behaviour that differentiated powerful leaders from mediocre managers. Through experience and study, he developed his unique approach to the field of personal and organisational leadership.
During the mid 1990’s, Christian became insatiably curious about personal development and success, and began to implement his own interpretations into his career with great effect. He achieved an accreditation in professional coaching in 2000, and is now an internationally recognised master tutor in the field of coaching and leadership, helping thousands of people become powerful change agents as leaders and professional coaches.
Christian’s immersion in the study of success and leadership dramatically changed his life, his physical appearance and his business success.
By using the strategies he shares with audiences across the globe, Christian took his business performance from £4million ($6million) to £64 million ($100 million) in one year. He then founded Evolve Business Performance, a leadership development consultancy specialising in helping organisations maximise human potential by developing powerful leaders of influence.
In 2003, Christian was clinically obese, weighing 244lbs. A year later, using the same principles, he reduced his body weight to 174lbs, running his first marathon in New York City. He has also successfully eliminated his dependency on alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine.
His reputation as one of the most naturally dynamic, entertaining and powerful professional communicators has seen him share the stage with Bob Proctor, and work with some of the highest profile experts in the self-development industry, including John C. Maxwell, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown, Dr Wayne Dyer, and Mary Morrissey.
In 2009, Christian stars alongside some of the world’s leading teachers of the self-improvement industry in the movie ‘Beyond the Secret.’ He will also publish his much-anticipated book, ‘Evolve: Leadership. Reinvented’.
